1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the wow33 platform, encompassing the website, mobile application, and all services offered. These Terms apply to all users without exception, including visitors without an account and registered members.

Wow33 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Such changes take effect immediately upon being published on the wow33 platform. Continued use of the wow33 platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use wow33 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration
• A valid Malaysian resident or citizen holding a current national identity card (MyKad/Passport)
• Hold an active Malaysian bank account or local e-wallet
• Voluntarily register with accurate and truthful personal information
• Registration of more than one account per individual
• You may not register on behalf of another person without written consent
• Not currently banned from any gambling platform for fraudulent conduct

Wow33 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or closure.

3Account Responsibility & Security

Each member is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account. wow33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

• Use a strong, unique password – at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for added security
• Transferring, selling, or lending your account to any third party is strictly prohibited

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Wow33 supports deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for Malaysian players. All transactions are processed exclusively in MYR.

5General Betting Rules

The following betting rules apply to all games and betting categories on wow33, including Live Casino, poker, blackjack, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton), virtual sports, lottery, and e-sports.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the wow33 system. No cancellations are permitted after a bet has been accepted.
• Wow33 uses an independently verified RNG (Random Number Generator) system for all digital games. Results cannot be disputed on the basis of personal belief alone.
• Sports bets are subject to the official results of the relevant sporting body. In cases where results are unavailable or disputed, wow33 reserves the right to suspend payouts until the official result is announced.
• Wow33 reserves the right to void bets where there is a clear technical error, incorrect odds resulting from a system fault, or evidence of fraud.

6Bonus & Promotions Policy

Wow33 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.

• Welcome Bonus: First deposit bonus of up to RM 500 with a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• Weekly Cashback: Cashback of up to 10% of the previous week's net losses, credited every Monday.
• Poker Rakeback: Active poker players receive rakeback of between 15%–30% depending on their VIP membership tier.
• Special Promotions: Bonus promotions for Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Malaysia Day, and other celebrations are announced via the wow33 Promotions section.

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is considered fraud and may result in all associated accounts being frozen
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash
• wow33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion with 48 hours' notice

7Prohibited Conduct & Activities

Wow33 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards dishonest conduct, fraud, and any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and freezing of all funds:

• Use of bots, automated scripts, or tools that manipulate gameplay
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes in poker or other games
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources
• Bonus abuse through multiple account registrations
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Manipulating the system by deliberately exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities
• Harassing, threatening, or bullying other players or wow33 staff

Wow33 cooperates fully with relevant authorities and will report any activity suspected of violating the law to the appropriate authorities.

8Privacy & Data Security

Wow33 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data security of all members. The collection, processing, and storage of data is governed by wow33 Privacy Policy separately.

• Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, and transaction processing.
• Wow33 will not sell, transfer, or disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
• All financial transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Wow33 retains transaction records for a minimum of 5 years in line with Malaysian financial compliance requirements.

9Responsible Gaming

Available Self-Management Tools:

10Account Suspension & Closure

Wow33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Confirmation that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, collusion, or money laundering
• Requests from Malaysian legal authorities
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months
• Account closure request submitted by the account holder

In the event of a suspension pending investigation, all funds in the account will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If fraud is proven, wow33 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. If the account holder is cleared, funds will be returned within 7 business days.

To voluntarily close an account, members may contact wow33 customer support via live chat. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with current limits and policies.

11Dispute Resolution

Wow33 is committed to resolving every dispute in a fair and transparent manner. If you have any complaint or dispute relating to your account, a transaction, or a game outcome, please follow the procedure below:

1. Contact wow33 customer support via live chat or email at support@wow33.ws with full details of your dispute.
2. The wow33 support team will investigate and respond within 48 hours working.
3. If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may request a review by wow33 senior management within 14 days.
4. The decision of wow33 senior management is final in all cases involving technical disputes in gameplay.

12Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Wow33 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, wow33 will notify members via:

• In-platform notifications on the wow33 platform upon login
• Email to your registered address (for major amendments)
• Update of the "Updated" date at the top of this document

It is each member's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the wow33 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes full acceptance of the latest version.
